Experiencing a Safe and Healthy 2023 FSP Institute

 

FSP prides itself on providing an exceptional collaborative educational experience and we have planned the 2023 program to deliver the same one-of-a-kind event. However, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, you understand that by attending the 2023 FSP you are assuming certain risks beyond the control of the Society of FSP. In order to help our attendees stay safe and healthy, we encourage vaccinations and testing for COVID-19 in advance of your travel to Scottsdale. Also, even though we will miss you, we ask that you do not attend if you are not feeling well, have been exposed to anyone with COVID, or tested positive for COVID in the 10 days prior to the dates of the meeting.

 

Once you arrive at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains, we ask that you self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms or exposure each day. This may include self-testing. Don’t attend an Institute session or social event if you have COVID-19 symptoms or any other symptoms that might be associated with a contagious illness. We also encourage everyone to wear a mask during all FSP events.

 

The Marriott has also established guidelines to ensure that our meeting environment is clean and sanitized and that protocols are followed as to crowd management and social distancing. These can be found here.
